Hey! Say! JUMP had the #1 single on the sales charts this past week with their 9th single “SUPER DELICATE.” It sold close to 249,000 copies. The group now has a streak of 9 consecutive #1 singles, beginning with their debut release.

Meanwhile, idol group Nogizaka46 sold more than 136,000 copies of their debut single “Guruguru Curtain.” Out of all female artists (solo or group), this is the 3rd highest sales ever for a debut single, behind NMB48’s “Zetsumetsu Kurokami Shoujo” (218,000) and Sawajiri Erika’s “Taiyou no Uta” (150,000).
