Heavy Starry Heavenly is the second album released by Tommy heavenly⁶, and the fourth solo album in total for Kawase Tomoko. The album was released in two versions, a CD+DVD limited edition version featuring all of the PVs from the album as well as +gothic Pink+ from Kawase's first heavenly6 album, as well as a regular CD only version. It comes about a year and a half after the release of her first album, Tommy heavenly⁶.
