Indie means a band belongs to an Independent label. They have more freedom than Major bands, but don't have the financial support of Major labels. Indie is usually where the typical band begins; everyday, there are countless bands emerging. A few of the more well know Indie bands are D, Shulla, Metronome , Ayabie, HY, and Gazette.
