Oginome Yoko (荻野目洋子) is a Japanese pop singer. She made her original debut in 1974 when she was child in elementary school. In 1984 she made her solo debut with the single " Mirai Kouka -Sailing-".

Oginome Yoko started her music career when she won the Chibikko Uta Man Best Ten contest while in elementary school. When in middle school, Oginome auditioned for the anime movie series Kitty Films and soon became one of the main heroine roles in the series, the character Miyuki, in 1983.
