10 Carat is the tenth studio album released by Shiina Hekiru. The album was released in two editions: a limited edition with a DVD (making this Shiina's first album to come with a DVD) containing a preview of Shiina's upcoming concert DVD, Shiina Hekiru Tour '02-'03 ~Believe~2003.1.1 @ Nipon Budoukan and a CD only regular edition. This is Shiina's second album to be produced by Kine Naoto.
The album reached #21 on the Oricon chart, and stayed on the chart for a total of three weeks. In all, the album sold a total of 18,254 copies.
