ALvino (アルヴｲノ) is a band which formed by KOJI (ex-La'cryma Christi) and Jun (ex-PIERROT), both on guitar, and a vocalist Shota.

Information
On their official homepage, the band explained why the band is named ALvino. That which does not have value is changed into that with value through ALCHEMY. Thus, "AL". "vi" has the meaning 'your own personal vision, and your element.' And "no" comes from noise and nonsense. Therefore one could get the meaning, "The nonsense of keep on doing the thing you think is valuable."
