"Anata no Kiss wo Kazoemashou ~You were mine~" is Koyanagi Yuki debut single. The title track was used as theme song for the animated film Alexander Senki, as ending theme song for the TV-show Yamitsuki, and as CM song for kissmark. The song has been covered by many artists, including Japanese singer Anri, Hong Kong singer Flora Chan, Korean singer Hwayobi and American artist Eric Martin. The single reached #7 on Oricon charts and charted for 48 weeks, selling 736,270 copies. As it sold 675,420 copies in 2000, it was the 30th best-selling single of that year.

Four months after its release, the song was re-recorded and released as her third single titled "Anata no Kiss wo Kazoemashou Opus II" as "Koyanagi Yuki with trans@k". The single reached #12 on Oricon charts and charted for 20 weeks, selling 331,780 copies.
