BeForU
BeForU is a Jpop group created by Konami primarily for its BEMANI line of music simulation video games. They debuted in 2000 with the song "DIVE" on Dance Dance Revolution 5th Mix, and have released a number of singles and albums through Konamistyle. 2004 saw the departure of Maehara Shiyuna and the addition of three new members, Sotohana Risa, Arisawa Miharu, and Minami Sayaka. The three new members are also known as BeForU NEXT. In 2006, the group was signed to avex trax.
In the year 2007, Yoma, Noria, Arisawa Miharu, Minami Sayaka left the group to pursue their solo career while Sotohana Risa had to resign due to heath problems. On February 15th 2008, they organized an audition for the third generation and Tachibana Ayano, Nishiuchi Hiromi and Fukushita Megumi were chosen. Minami Sayaka also quited in 2008 and the three new members made their first appearance in BeForU's 4th album, Shangri-la.
