"BELIEVE" is the third single released by MISIA. It was used as the Hitachi's Maxweel MD PURE PLATINUM & GOLD commercial song. MISIA first released the single via vinyl record, and followed two weeks later in two CD formats: 12cm & 8cm. The 8cm single, reached #23 on the Oricon charts, charted for ten weeks and sold 66,240 copies, while the 12cm single reached #2 on the Oricon charts, charted for thirteen weeks and sold 280,700 copies, becoming the eighty-second best-selling of 1999.
