"Blanco" is the seventh single released by Tortoise Matsumoto. The title track was used as the theme song for the drama Stepfather Step. "Ue wo Muite Arukou" was used as the ending theme song for movie Gokudo Meshi. The limited edition includes a DVD with some footage from his one-man live Utau! Tortoise Matsumoto Retsuden, held in Hyogo in August.
