"Dschinghis Khan" is the sixteenth single released by Berryz Kobo. "Dschinghis Khan" is a cover of the original song by the German band Dschinghis Khan, and is used as the theme song for the musical Dschinghis Khan ~Watashi ga Tsurugi, Netsusuna wo Some yo~. The single was released in both limited and regular editions. The limited came with a bonus DVD. The limited edition and the first press of the regular edition came with a serial number card which, when entered in a lottery, could win a ticket to one of the single's launch events. The single reached #5 on the Oricon charts and charted for eight weeks, selling 37,096 copies and becoming Berryz Kobo's best-selling single.
"Dschinghis Khan Tartar Mix" is a remix single featuring a remix between Berryz Kobo's and Dschinghis Khan's versions.
