"EXILE CATCHY BEST" is the fourth best-of album released by EXILE and is the first installation of "EXILE Perfect Year 2008". The songs "Choo Choo TRAIN", "Fly Away", "Together", "Carry On", "real world", "HERO" and "EXIT" are new recording versions with vocals by TAKAHIRO. The versions of "Together" and "HERO" on this album were previously released as bonus tracks for the singles "Toki no Kakera / 24karats -type EX- (時の描片 ～トキノカケラ～)" and "I Believe" respectively. The version of "Choo Choo TRAIN" on this album, on the other hand, is different from the bonus track version found on the "SUMMER TIME LOVE" single.
