F.I.R. (飛兒樂團, Fei Er Yue Tuan) is a popular three-member Taiwanese pop-rock band. The members are Faye Zhan (vocalist), Ian Chen (pianist/producer/arranger) and Real Huang (guitarist/lyricist). The first letters of each of their western names make up the acronym F.I.R., which also stands for Fairyland In Reality. They are mostly known for their extremely happy music (such as "Neverland") and their flawless ballads (such as "Lydia"). F.I.R. has been likened to Every Little Thing and Do As Infinity.

F.I.R. was formed two years before their debut; and was one of Ian's dreams to make (he had been in the music business for over 10 years). However, after working for this long amount of time, Ian felt that the music and albums he was producing were too commercial and over-packaged. Faye was picked for the band, as Ian had heard her sing in a competition once before, and Real was chosen because of his skill at guitar and is an award-winning composer.

An interesting fact about the group is that each member has extremely differing musical tastes. Faye prefers western music, Real listens to a lot of Japanese music and draws from these influences, and Ian listens to everything and has a heavy music background; his father was a music teacher and his mother taught vocal lessions.

F.I.R. originally debuted with the ballad "Lydia", which was used for the themesong for the Chinese drama The Outsiders. However, the biggest twist was that they were not announced, and stayed unknown till later on when interest and popularity in them grew because of the drama.
