Information

FREENOTE formed in April of 2002 and began doing concerts and live houses almost immediately. In November, they released Kazabana on Desert Air Records. The band wanted more people to hear their music, so a year later they then began doing street performances to draw in audiences. In December of 2003 they released another mini-album, Juuden Master, on the same label. Just months after its release, they were signed to the Toy's Factory label. The band packed up and headed for Tokyo for their debut as a major recording act. From May 2004 up until March 2005, FREENOTE dropped three singles to precede their first album Introducing the popline according to FREENOTE. After this, FREENOTE began touring Tokyo and Osaka, with both of their shows being completely sold out.

In late July FREENOTE released their second album, Otonoha Triangle. Their sophomore album had no promotional advertising prior to its release.
