Fonchi is a Japanese idol and talento signed to SMA Entertainment agency. She's a member of the group Idoling!!!, as Idoling #8. She is pure Vietnamese. She can talk in Vietnamese, but she basically uses Japanese on TV, and she almost doesn't have a foreigner dialect.
