"Haru no Arashi" is the ninth single (sixth major label single) released by Mano Erina. "Haru no Arashi" was used as a commercial theme song for GREE while "Hello! Esper! Hello!" was used as the opening theme song for the dorama Hanbun Esper starring Mano herself. The single was released in limited A, limited B, and regular editions; limited A coming with a bonus DVD. The single reached #10 on the Oricon charts and charted for two weeks, selling 15,392 copies.

Hello! Pro Egg members Saho Akari, Sekine Azusa, Fukumura Mizuki, and Takeuchi Akari appear as back dancers in the PV.
