Haruna Ai, born Oonishi Kenji, is a male-to-female transsexual idol who is well known for imitating Matsuura Aya in what's called her "Air Ayaya" act. She won the "Miss International Queen 2009" transsexual beauty pageant held in Pattaya, Thailand, becoming the first Japanese contestant to win the title.
