Information

Hello! Project '99 is a Hello! Project concert and a video release. This marks Goto Maki's debut as a member of Morning Musume and Hello! Project. First pressing of the VHS came with a photobook. Footage used in this release is from the Yokohama Arena on August 23, 1999.

The woman in a kimono (who can be seen during the first and last performance) is Yanagihara Junko. She performed "Junjou Koushinkyoku" with Nakazawa Yuko, but the performance didn't make it to the VHS release.
