HONEY BEAT / Boku to Bokura no Ashita is V6's 30th single. HONEY BEAT was used as the Waseda Academy CM song. Boku to Bokura no Ashita was used as the theme song for TBS show Gakkou e Ikou! MAX. Ai wo Komete was used as the theme song for Fuji TV show VVV6 Tokyo V Season 2. It was released in three versions: a limited edition type A with a DVD, a limited edition B with a special booklet and a regular edition. The two bonus tracks on the limited edition type B of the single featured two special units within V6; HONEY BEAT featuring Nagano Hiroshi, Okada Junichi and Sakamoto Masayuki; and Boku to Bokura no Ashita featuring Inohara Yoshihiko, Miyake Ken and Morita Go. It reached #1 on the Oricon charts and charted for ten weeks. It sold 142,165 copies, becoming the #50 single of 2007.
