Information

Keep Your Head Down is TVXQ!'s fifth Korean studio album and first one as a two-member group. The album was released in two editions, a special edition; including a 100 page photo book, a photo card and a poster, and a regular edition released one week later; including the bonus track "JOURNEY" (which was used as theme song for MAX's starring drama Paradise Ranch).

The song "Wae (Keep Your Head Down)" was used as lead track and two weeks after the release of the album, a Japanese version of the song, "Why? (Keep Your Head Down)", was released in Japan as their 31st Japanese single. According to the United World Charts the album has sold 177,000 copies within 3 weeks after release.

Two months later, it was re-released as a repackage album, including three versions of the new song "Igeotmaneun Algoga (Before U Go)" which also served as lead track of repackage album, 54 postcards and a poster. A Japanese edition of the repackage album was also released on May 5 in two CD+DVD versions, a regular edition and a "Deluxe" edition including a 62-page photobook. The release was originally scheduled for March 30, but it was postponed due to the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami. The Japanese edition featured the Japanese version of the title track, "Why (Keep Your Head Down)" instead of the regular Korean version, "Wae (Keep Your Head Down)".

The covers used for the limited and regular editions of the Korean initial release were also used in Japan respectively.
