Kitagawa Keiko is a Japanese model and actress under the management of Stardust. She debuted in 2003 for the role of Sailor Mars/Hino Rei in the sentai series Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. In the same year she also won the title of Miss Seventeen which landed her into modeling for SEVENTEEN. For three years, she had been the magazine's top model and a frequent face in its cover. But in September 15, 2006 issue, the magazine announce her departure for she will focus on her being an actress. Currently, she had landed with few leading roles in a movie starting with Cherry Pie.
