La Cha Ta
라차타 (LA chA TA) is f(x)'s debut digital song. It was released on August 31 2009 on all major Korean music sites.
It's a pop-dance song with a hip hop groove and a sense of electronica. The song contains witty lyrics and message to 'have fun with our lives'. The title 'LA chA TA' is a coined term of exclamation or onomatopoeia that is inserted to heighten and dramatize the excitement of the fun song ("la la la", "cha cha cha" and "ta ta ta" are supposed to be words people say when they're having fun).
The song is composed by hit songwriter Kenzie. It was first performed on f(x)'s debut showcase, which took place on September 2 2009 on Seoul SamSungDong SeomYoo Center.
