The music video for "Last angel" was directed by Muto Masashi. It features model Manuel Schwartz.

The video starts with Hamasaki collapsed on the ground surrounded by a crowd of people. Another Hamasaki gets near her and starts to sing. In the meantime, it shows scenes of Schwartz and Hamasaki mixed with the same scene of him and another woman. At the end of the video, Schwartz appears where the collapsed Hamasaki is and offers him his hand. She, now with a wedding dress, wakes up, takes his hand and they walk away.
