LOVE LETTER Tour 2009 ~Light Terashite, Ai to Yume to Kando to... Warai to~ is Otsuka Ai's ninth concert DVD. It contains footage from her 2009.05.17 performance at Yokohama Arena. It was part of the second half of Otsuka's entire LOVE LETTER Tour 2009, which was set in larger venues, featured costumes changes, and had clay animation interlude videos.

The second DVD contained the the clay animation movies, backstage looks, and footage from her 2009.04.05 performance for the Live House tour at KOCHI BAY SQUARE. Only 12 minutes of footage is shown, mainly short clips of songs and some conversation between Otsuka and the audience. The entire shot of the concert had a grainy, low-quality feel to it, to give it a vintage look.

Unlike the first Hong Kong and Taiwan pressings of LOVE LETTER Live House Tour 2009, the Arena Tour DVD did not have any problems with hardsubs or aspect ratio.
