MELODY TOUR 2013 is the fifth DVD and third Blu-ray released by Shimizu Shota. It features the final-day performance of his MELODY TOUR 2013 held at the Tokyo International Forum on May 15th, 2013. It was released in three versions: a limited DVD edition housed in a special case and coming with a live photobook, and 2 regular DVD and Blu-ray editions.
