"Mr.ECHO" is the 13th single (12th major label single) released by NICO Touches the Walls. The single was released in a limited CD+DVD edition containing a bonus DVD with highlights from their concerts in 2012, and a regular CD only edition. "Chain Reaction" was used as the commercial song for New Balance Japan. The single reached #19 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 3 weeks, selling 6,634 copies.
