namie amuro 5 Major Domes Tour 2012 ~20th Anniversary Best~ is the 16th video released by Amuro Namie, and her 12th concert video. It was also released as a two-disc live album (CD1: #1-15, CD2: #15-30) exclusively as a rental via TSUTAYA. The DVD has sold 231,305 copies. The DVD is certified Platinum for shipment of 250,000 copies.
Tour Schedule & Information
This concert video was filmed as part of her "namie amuro 5-dai Dome TOUR 2012 (namie amuro 5大ドーム TOUR 2012; namie amuro 5 Major Domes Tour 2012)" 20th anniversary tour. Before the beginning of this tour, Amuro planned her "namie amuro 20th ANNIVERSARY LIVE in OKINAWA" performances in her home prefecture of Okinawa for mid-September 2012, but was forced to be cancelled due to Typhoon Sanba affecting Okinawa on the days of her performances. The Asian leg of the tour, promoted as "namie amuro ASIA TOUR 2013", was conducted early the following year; it originally scheduled a first-time stop in Singapore at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on April 26th, but due to issues with the local promoter, the concert was cancelled; Amuro was unable to schedule a concert in Singapore in her later tours. The tour would also be her smallest tour in dates since her "namie amuro 2001 tour break the rules" tour.
