NEWTRAL is the fifth album released by Ikimonogakari. The limited edition includes a bonus CD with live tracks selected by the band members, a special booklet and an "ikimono card 028". The album contains the last three singles released by the group: "Waratteitanda / NEW WORLD MUSIC", "Aruite Ikou" and "Itsudatte Bokura wa". The song "KISS KISS BANG BANG" was used as the lead track. The album reached #1 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 37 weeks.
The kanji for the song Hoshi (地球) means Earth; Chikyuu, but the group said that read Hoshi.
