Following the announcement of the scandal involving guitarist [[Alex (ONE OK ROCK)|Alex]] and consequently the cancellation of all ONE OK ROCK activities, the band recently revealed through their official website that [[Alex (ONE OK ROCK)|Alex]] is officially no longer a part of the band. After discussions regarding the future of the band, the four remaining members decided that [[Alex (ONE OK ROCK)|Alex]]'s departure would be the best thing to do to keep the band alive. ONE OK ROCK is a Japanese rock band signed to A-Sketch and managed by AMUSE. The origin of the group's name is from the time they would always book the recording studio; the pronunciation of ONE OK ROCK is wanokurokku (ワンオクロック) which sounds like one o'clock.
