Once Upon a Time is the fifth mini-album recorded by Kahimi Karie. It is produced by the American psychedelic rock band The Olivia Tremor Control, with most of the songs being written by the band's Will Cullen Hart. This is Kahimi's first release since 1998's K.K.K.K.K. and is one of three albums to be released over the next three months. Following this release April sees the release of the mini-album Journey to the Center of Me and May brings the full length LP Tilt.
