Rain Effect is Rain's sixth album. The songs "30 SEXY" and "LA SONG" were used as the lead tracks. The album was originally set to be released on January 6, 2014, but was moved to an earlier date.
One month later, the album was repackaged under the title Rain Effect [Special Edition]. The new song, Saranghae, was used as lead track of the repackaged album.
