Like most of her albums near this time, it was released in both a CD-Only and CD+DVD version. The album's sound takes rock influence a step further than previously heard. Some tracks have a decidedly more "raw" feeling than most of Hamasaki's work. The cover art features Hamasaki posing with a pegasus tattoo on her back. Part of this tattoo is real - a half-heart shape, a small wing coming out of the side of it, and an A inside of it. The pegasus figure was drawn in body paint with the real tattoo as a base. The half-heart became the pegasus' shoulder, and the wing was expanded.
