SEIKO Clips is Matsuda Seiko's third PV compilation. All four PVs are English songs. "All the way to Heaven" and "THE RIGHT COMBINATION" were Matsuda's two first overseas singles, and "Hold On" and "Crazy For You" are two cover songs from her first cover album Eternal. It was released in DVD format in 2005 as part of the 25th Anniversary Seiko Matsuda PREMIUM DVD BOX.
