SEIKO MATSUDA COUNT DOWN LIVE PARTY 2007-2008 is Matsuda Seiko's 28th live DVD and 4th "Count Down" DVD. It was filmed at Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium on December 31, 2007. The concert was released in Blu-ray format in 2009. The DVD edition reached #46 on Oricon charts and charted for 4 weeks.
