SEIKO MATSUDA COUNT DOWN LIVE PARTY 2010~2011 is Matsuda Seiko's 34th live DVD and 7th "Count Down" DVD. It was released in two editions, regular and limited. Limited edition comes housed in a digipack with a special booklet and different cover. Tracks #10 and #11 are songs from and sung by Matsuda's daughter Kanda Sayaka.
