The music video for "SHUTOUT" features three different Koda Kumi's from her re(LIVE) Black Cherry show: one in a glass box similar to the one in the "Ningyo-hime" performance, and the 2007 Black Cherry version of Koda Kumi complete in the blue pirate outfit, and 2019-2020 Black Cherry Koda Kumi in her new yellow pirate outfit. The two pirate versions of Kuu appear to duel it out with words and guns.

The music video was originally used as an interlude movie during the Black Cherry portion of her re(LIVE) performances. It was not released on the album re(CORD) but instead on the Disc 3 of the fanclub release of the re(LIVE) tour.
