SICKS PAIN 〜SICKS RAIN 2nd press ver.〜 is the revamped version of SICKS PAIN after the official album went sold out on the online store of Starwave Records. It was limited to 1,000 copies like all albums from Starwave Records. All of the old songs from their previous album, SICKS PAIN were remastered and two new songs were added, "Zengiaihi" and "Doukoku no Kiba". "Doukoku no iba" contains a majority of the melodies that were used in the song "Sanctuary" from their previous single "Seimei no Shuen".
