"Simple is Best" is the nineteenth single (eighteenth major label single) released by Yaida Hitomi. This is her first single under Universal Music Japan. The limited edition contains a DVD with the music video for "Simple is Best". The title track was used as the ending theme song for the TV program Jouhou Live Miyaneya. The single reached #25 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for three weeks.
