Sincerely ~Ever Dream~ is dream's 13th single and their final single as a 3-member group. The single marks the graduation of member Mai Matsumuro and was released on her birthday. Sincerely ~Ever Dream~ was used as the ending theme of anime series Hikaru No Go. A DVD and VHS version of the single was released on March 13, 2002. The single reached #19 on the Oricon charts and charted for 4 weeks.
