Sky Girls ~Opening Theme "Baby's Tears / Kosaka Riyu" & Original Soundtrack~ is a special soundtrack album of Sky Girls OVA. The first part of the album is considered as "Baby's Tears single" by Kosaka Riyu while the rest are background music tracks. The song "Baby's Tears" was used as the opening theme for the OVA and was also featured in the video game Dance Dance Revolution SuperNova. The album was only sold at the Konami Style store.
