History

StylipS was formed in 2011 to sing the ending theme song for the 2012 anime series High School DxD, where each member would also lend their voice to a character. The group's debut event took place on December 28, 2011.

In February 2012 it was announced through a magazine that the group would perform the opening theme song for another series, Saki Achiga-hen episode of side-A, as well as lend their voices once again.

It was announced on April 20, 2013 that members Ogura Yui and Ishihara Kaori would graduate from the group, and that they planned to search for new members. Not long after the announcement, the official website was updated with two new members, Ito Miku and Toyota Moe, from the Style Cube Kenshuusei. The girls were chosen by the remaining original members, Noto Arisa and Matsunaga Maho, after permission was given from Lantis staff.
