砂を噛むように・・・NAMIDA (Romaji: Suna wo Kamu You ni... NAMIDA; English: Bitter... TEARS) is Matsuura Aya's 18th single. It was released on 2006-02-01 with the catalog number EPCE-5385. The Single V was released a week later on 2006-02-08 with the catalog number EPBE-5192. Both CD and DVD were released on the zetima label.

Originally titled simply NAMIDA, the title was changed a month before release.

This song is the seventh track on Matsuura's fifth album, Double Rainbow.
