Takeda Kumiko

Takeda Kumiko (武田久美子) is a Japanese idol singer, gravure idol, and actress. Takeda started when she was in elementary school as a model and actress in commercials. In middle school, she was chosen as the winner for the Toudaisei ga Eranda Idol contest. She soon after started her career by debuting in the movie High Teen Boogie in 1982. She also debuted as a singer a year later with the single "Uwasa ni Natte mo Ii". But what made her famous is her gravure photobooks, including her first nude photobook, Lady Casablanca, in 1994.

Takeda now resides in San Diego, California. She is also married to an American and has one daughter together.
