Tarantallegra is the first Korean album released by XIA. The title track was used as lead song. The song "Sarangi Sirtaguyo" was released three days prior to the album as a teaser for it, and was used as theme song for the drama Rooftop Prince. The song "Intoxication" is a Korean version of the lead track of his solo Japanese debut single "XIAH".
