The Best of Soul Extreme is the third album released by Fukuhara Miho. Although it says "The best of" this is in-fact not a best album. It includes all the collaboration songs from her past three mini-albums, as well as the A-side from her new single. Disc 1 features two new collaboration songs, and 7 new songs. Disc 2 features covers from her past singles and 5 new covers. The limited edition includes the second disc and a bonus DVD.
