; Information

"This Is Love" is the first Japanese digital single released by Utada Hikaru (3rd digital, 23rd overall). Despite being a digital single, it was used mainly for promotion of Utada's next album, ULTRA BLUE, so the single did not receive its own cover, and simply borrowed the cover from the album. The song was used as the theme song for a Nissin cup noodle CM, as well as an ending theme for the anime Freedom Project. It topped many charts at release, and was the 9th most downloaded song of 2006 on iTunes. In March 2007, RIAJ gave it a triple platinum certification for Chaku-Uta downloads.
