A lot of those pages were edited by a user who no longer contributes here, and all of their edits are from over a year ago. Hamasaki's pages look like they go back and forth between the two formats. They should be changed and Amuro-san is actually on my to-do list. The format I gave you is the new standard, which all of our main contributors go by.
