"tokyo incidents vol.1" is Tokyo Jihen's first video clips collection. This collection relates to the album Kyouiku and the singles from it. There is also a "Making of" section which includes production clips of the PVs. Additionally, there is random footage containing the band members goof off. At the very end of the DVD is two promotional CMs. Kurumaya-san is a Hibari Misora cover, and only appears on the PV collection.
