Tsubasa Fly was formed in November of 2012 with Fuji Yuki and Aina Mai. They began their activities performing on stage at the Heiwajima Boat Race event in Ota. They went on to perform at various live houses in Shinjuku and Shibuya. Shikaki Kaori, Kamiya Ayano, and Miyazawa Nonoka joined the following summer. The group is known for their aggressive live stage that combines intense dance to a rock tune.

Tsubasa Fly released their first single "KIMI NO YUME WO NOSETE" on January 22, 2014. Their first album BLACK&WHITE was released on May 2, 2015.
