"Tsumetai Hoho / Shei Shei!" is the 18th single released by Spitz and their first double A-side single. The song "Tsumetai Hoho" was used Konica revio CM theme song. The second A-side "Shei Shei!" is mean to be the Japanese form for the Chinese "Xie Xie" ("Thank you"). The single reached #5 on Oricon charts, and charted for 6 weeks.
